      Hey, What is the first thing you do when you wake up?

      for example – Excercise, To Do tasks, Use the phone etc.

      Getting up at 4 AM
      Eat until 4:40 AM
      Cardio for 2 Hours until 6:40 AM
      Meditate for 5 Minutes to 6:45
      Go to the office @ 7 AM to 1 – 2 PM
      Get Home – > Do some more work or watch some Youtube Videos
      -> More Cardio
      In the evening i either work, skate, visit friends or practice Kung-Fu.

      Sometimes, like 3 or 4 times a month i tend to slack off and sleep a little longer or do not meditate but im trying to keep a lock-on schedule so i don’t become a lazy ass :p

      The evening prior, have clothes for running, clothes for day, lunch and coffee prepared. When possible, also ensure that all laundry is folded and put away, and dishes are washed and dishwasher is emptied.

      5:00 am: Wake up, take dogs to use the bathroom, weigh self
      5:15 am: Ensure wife’s meals and coffee are taken care of, prep for run or workout, make bed, drink 16 ounces water with lemon juice, brush teeth
      5:30 am: Run 30 minutes four times per week, work out 30 minutes twice per week
      6:00 am: Cool off by walking dogs for 20 minutes
      6:20 am: Drink coffee (8 ounces cold brew, 1 tablespoon MCT oil, 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup, 2 packets Splenda, 1 tablespoon heavy cream), take fish oil and multivitamin, prep for shower
      6:30 am: Take shower, listen to Flash Briefing from Echo Dot with connected Bluetooth speaker, squeegee down shower afterwards
      6:45 am: Dress and prepare for work day
      7:00 am: Spend 15 minutes cleaning up a pre-determined part of the house or doing routine home maintenance and cleanup, or perform dinner prep as needed
      7:15 am: Check work and business emails, perform some writing tasks (500 words), do some small routine tasks related to websites and social media, avoiding any serious “deep work”
      8:00 am: Ensure all is set for day, tidy up, make sure dogs are good to go, grab lunch and diet soda for drive
      8:15 am: Say goodbye to dogs, lock up, do a house walk-around, arm cameras, leave for work (listen to financial news on way to work, or a Tim Ferriss Show podcast)

      I am currently on a combination ketogenic and intermittent fasting diet. The fish oil, MCT oil and heavy cream are the only calories I ingest between the hours of 7:00 pm and 1:00 pm. The goal is for carbs to stay below 25 grams over the day.

      Typically, by the time I get to my desk around 8:45am, I’ve:

      Run 3+ miles (or worked out for 30 minutes) and traveled over 10,000 steps
      Written at least 500 words of content and performed some tasks on my projects
      Checked, cleaned, and responded to necessary work and business emails
      Cleaned and tidied the house nicely, including making the bed and ensuring the house is overall quite clean
      Rehydrated, took vitamins, and had my caffeine for the morning
      Received 30-45 minutes of news and/or podcasts
